产品描述： PMI Model No. PCAM-05G18G-INT-S5F integrated modules are built in sets of four, and are phase and amplitude matched to industry leading levels of ±10º and ±1.5 dB over the 0.5 to 18.0 GHz frequency range. Incorporating limiters, LNAs, switches, and variable digital attenuators, these units allow for high and low gain paths, a calibration input, and an auxiliary channel. A low noise figure and high output of +15 dBm OP1dB are achieved by utilizing system analysis software and in-house hybrid/MIC processes.
